Sew NC produces custom team jerseys from its shop at 121 Back Forty Drive in Winston-Salem, and works with teams and leagues across North Carolina, including Greensboro, High Point, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Durham. Every order is decorated in house, so you work directly with the team producing your jerseys instead of an online platform.
The cost of a custom jersey is set mainly by quantity. Price per jersey depends on the garment, the decoration method, and how many players you’re outfitting. Setup costs are the same whether you order ten jerseys or sixty, so ordering for the full team or league brings the price per jersey down significantly. Send us your roster size and we will show you where the price breaks fall.
Timing depends on quantity and decoration, but team orders are planned around your season. Southwest Guilford High School’s volleyball warmup shirts, with front printing and individual names and numbers on the back, were delivered in one week. Tell us your first game date and we will plan production backward from it.
Yes. Many teams already own their jerseys and only need them customized. Send us the jerseys along with your roster, including each player’s name, number, and size, and we apply them in house. If you would rather we source the jerseys, we can quote garments and decoration together.
Yes. Send your logo or design and we prepare it for production, then send a proof for approval before anything is printed. Vector files (.ai or .eps) work best, but a lower resolution logo can usually be rebuilt.
