Sew NC produces branded workwear from its shop at 121 Back Forty Drive in Winston-Salem, and ships to construction and trade companies across North Carolina, including Greensboro, High Point, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Durham. Every order is embroidered or printed in house, so nothing gets sent out to a third party.
It depends on the run. Screen printing is the more cost effective choice for large quantities of the same design, which is why crew tees and event shirts are usually printed. Embroidery costs more per piece but lasts far longer on garments that get washed hard, which is why work shirts, jackets, and polos are usually stitched. Send us your quantities and garment mix and we will price both.
Per unit cost drops as quantity goes up. A handful of shirts carries a higher price per piece because setup is the same whether you order five or fifty, so most crews find the jump from a small order to a full team order costs far less per shirt than expected.
