Welcome to Sew-NC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.sew-nc.com (the “Site”), and your purchase of custom corporate merchandise from Sew-NC (“Sew-NC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, quotes, and turnaround times for custom work are estimates and may vary based on quantity, materials, garment availability, and artwork requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
By submitting logos, images, text, or other artwork for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you authorize us to reproduce it on your products. You agree to hold Sew-NC harmless against any claims, damages, or costs arising from the artwork you supply. Sew-NC is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-supplied designs.
For best results, artwork should be submitted in a print-ready vector format. Print or embroidery quality depends on the quality of the artwork provided.
For custom orders, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, including spelling, design, colors, sizing, and placement, before production begins. Once you approve a proof, that approval is final. Sew-NC is not responsible for errors contained in an approved proof.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin only after final artwork approval and payment, not at the time the order is placed. Delays in proof approval will extend the production timeline accordingly. Rush options may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
Payment terms will be provided at the time of order. Production will not begin until payment and final artwork approval have been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because our products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun. Changes requested after proof approval may require new proofs and may result in additional charges and delays.
Custom merchandise is made to order and generally cannot be returned unless the product is defective or does not match your approved proof. If you believe there is an error or defect, please contact us promptly so we can review and address the issue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sew-NC’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
